This class is a fusion of Barre and yoga movement. Build your strength while you tone muscle and improve flexibility. You are welcome to bring your own 1-3 lb. Hand weights or balls to this class, but it is not required. All levels welcome.
Yin Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. This class brings together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The Yin component benefits the deep connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang is the contrast and is a more active practice. All levels welcome.
